A new beta (1.8.9.17 or 189H) has been released. Dowload from:

Some of the changes are:
- New Navigation Bar replaces the old toolbar. The old toolbar is still available and it is the default if there is no translated Navigation Bar is available.
- New distributed ghost ratings and smart delete function
- Other GUI fine-tuning and streamlining
- eDonkey/eMule ratio system
- Fixed hangs when browsing users
- Fixed BitTorrent tracker access that affected some sites
- Image viewer plugin registered properly once again, and enumeration of all non-generic plugins
- Faster skin/language selection
- Some new skinning features (font imports, new windowparts, alpha channels, multi-language images)
- Fixed inability to resume “Moving” downloads
- Better “Add to Playlist” enabler
- Reduced the number of wizard steps
- More mysterious features
