After weeks of being offline GLT Poliane is finally back.
Hears some new features:
- ROLLBACK: If you added a song on your ‘Download List’ by clicking on the
green icon, and the program downloaded it partially, but there is no user
available to complete the download, the program will re-start the download
from another version available. - Smaller uses of memory: This is the largest benefit of this version. The
exaggerated consumption of memory was not 100% resolved, but all the functions
of the program should work better. - Anti-Leech System more severe: Now it’s necessary to share at least 25
songs and 60MBs for not having a restricted use. The restrictions are now:
maximum one transfer at a time at a speed of 1.5KB/s. - Improvements in the interface: More colors in the program window.
- Option for start automatically: Useful for the ones who have a permanent
connection to the Internet. - Option of silence in case of maintenance: When we are making maintenances
in the server, it is necessary to interrupt the service during some minutes or
hours. This option will make the program wait until the server comes back, and
reconnect again. - Better Automatic-Search: The Automatic-Search is faster and more
efficient: now all directories (containing MP3) are listed from all the drives
in your computer.
The root directory of the drives can be shared now: For the ones who have
songs inside the root directories. - Exhibition of the process of registration of songs: Now GLT Poliane will
show the status of the process of registration of new songs in the system. - Several other smaller modifications…
