PeerBuddy 2.04b Released

PeerBuddy 2.04 Released today.
This new peer to peer software is a brand new concept, read more
here.

Here are the changes :

* IP filtering logic updated
* Communication logic updated
* Media volume added
* Added feature to test connections
* Misc. errors corrected

It seems that the recurent error that was displaying the program is gone, thanks to James, PeerBuddy’s programmer.
