PeerBuddy brings a relatively new concept to Peer-To-Peer (P2P) file sharing networks. It was birthed mainly as a test to see how successful it would be to track segments of files based on hash IDs. The result of this experiment turned out to be very successful, thus “PeerBuddy” was born.
This new concept to file sharing requires a new type of network that doesn’t yet exist. As people continue to use the program, the files that can be searched will grow. Please be patient with the program – Thanks.
Changes:
-IP filtering adding (best ones stay near the top, unreliable ones are deleted automatically)
-Ability to delete multiple connection items at a time
-Misc. errors corrected
-Socket resource leak corrected (unreliable 3rd party component – not ours)
