There’s a new panic in Europe. Administrators of eDonkey’s biggest server have received a letter from Retspan, telling them that they face a 150 billion dollars fine if they don’t stop Razorback right now (it’s the server’s name)
It’s rather a piece of advice from Retspan, but they seem to be serious. If majors or RIAA agree to follow Retspan on that case, Razorback’s administrators may have real problems and more than 100.000 users might lose their favorite server.
Will administrators stop the server ? Will Retspan sue them before that can react ? Who knows…
