Teens More Concerned About D/L Speed, Not Legal Issues

According to a new survey by The Yankee Group, teens are more concerned about their connection speed, than legal issues.



It appears that suing a couple college kids out of their life’s savings for file sharing a short while ago didn’t do the trick. If at first you don’t succeed, try, try again?
