XS is a collection of P2P programs that work together, the main one being XSC (XS Client)
XS is similar to Direct Connect, FileShare and other server/hub-client type applications.
XS has p2p filesharing features, CRC hashing, Chat, Private Messaging, Bandwidth Throttling, News/Forum Area, User Icons/Avatars and more.
Main focus for XS at present is increased stability, multi-sourced transfers and the option to transfer files anonymously.
Latest version fixes glitches in throttling & private messaging, removes the ‘error trap 0001′ and has an updated logo-menu.
XS is freeware.
Changes in Current Version:
Tweaked throttling so that dial-up users don’t have a throttle that goes up to 32KB/s
Made messaging less annoying, minor glitch removed
Changed logo-menu
Removed the bug that kept showing “Error Trap 0001″
