The PeerCast Winamp (2.8 only) beta is now available for download.

This is basically the core of Peercast wrapped up into a small “General Purpose” Winamp Plug-in. It has the same functionality of the normal peercast client, but does not have some of the clutter, such as the taskbar icon.

Broadcasting has also been made easier by interfacing with the Oddcast DSP plug-in. So now all you have to do is download Oddcast, install it into Winamp, enable it and enter a few settings into to the Peercast configure window (inside winamp)

peercast:// links also work with the plugin.
