Remember that file-sharing network called Napster? Well, they’re back to court with their old buddies, the RIAA. In a keen gesture to Naspter and the rest of the civilized world, the RIAA and its “lawyers will be asking U.S. District Court Judge Marilyn Hall Patel to summarily find Napster guilty and go straight to the trial phase where both sides argue over how much money the Redwood City, Calif., company should pay in damages.” Isn’t that nice?
