Hi, as you allready know, RapidRoad has not distributed any finale / beta version of Epidemic and its network, as we promised, it should have been delivered on December 31st, 2002. Our last post dates from december 16th, 2002… We TRUELY are sorry for any inconvenience we might have caused.
Hard to beleive but The RapidRoad Team had major health problems. Our team leader, known as “DogWard” went to hospital for about a month, ’till January 20th. Many of us had minor problems. As it is for the site, program developpement, etc. We’ve received mails from TowerRecords, BlockBuster and other major retailers. We didn’t shut down the site since they had no prooves.
Still hard to beleive, I know, but The RapidRoad Team will continue its work, begining from February 23rd, 2003. The site will re-open on wednesday 26th, with the GUI preview of Epidemic 1.0pa.
Again, we apologize for any inconvenient we may have caused.
