Tornado P2P Downloads

Check it out from Onion Networks:

“Onion Networks’ Tornado CDN (http://onionnetworks.com/) is a software-based Content Delivery Network that accelerates content delivery by leveraging the underutilized resources within an enterprise network, including desktop computers, to deliver rich media without requiring costly network hardware upgrades.

This unique peer-to-peer approach to content delivery provides 10x faster downloads than FTP and up to 90% bandwidth cost savings.”

Does anyone know how “Tornado Downloads” compare to “Swarming Downloads”?

I would normally think this is BS, but I don’t think so because these are the same guys that did Swarmcast.
