According to the Official the LimeWire website, Limewire 2.7.13 has now been released. Some of the benefits of using Limewire include:

Ease of use – just install, run, and search.

Ability to search by artist, title, genre, or other meta information.

Elegant multiple search interface.

“Swarm” downloads from multiple hosts helps you get files faster.

Unique “ultrapeer” technology reduces bandwidth requirements for most users.

Integrated file library with built-in audio player.

Integrated chat.

Resume downloads.

Browse host feature–even works through firewalls.

Bitzi metadata lookup.

In addition to fixing Bugs, limewire 2.7.13 adds several new features including:
Remote queueing: if an uploader is too busy to handle a download request, it will queue you. The uploader then serves downloads in a first-come, first-serve basis. This feature is compatible with the queueing schemes used by other vendors.

Resume from library: you can resume incomplete files in the library with a single button press.

Safer resumes: LimeWire keeps track of the hashes for all incomplete files. This reduces the chance of a corruption when resuming.
