Jurisdiction Hearing Set in FastTrack Lawsuit

In the ongoing debate over Jurisdiction in the FastTrack suit the judge has ordered a hearing on the issue this monday coming. The hearing is slated for 1:30 p.m. PST Monday at the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California in Los Angeles. Original debates were set for last monday

Meanwhile arguments from the RIAA who are seeking a summary judgement are set for December 2.
