This program is a utilitiy for saving and fixing partially downloaded files from Kazaa. It helps previewing DIVX and AVI movies. It also saves all data when a file is downloaded from multiple sources.
The program is relatively new, being released November 4th. It is a free utility, and is only 223KB big. According to CNET.com, 88% of people found KPE to be a useful and good program.
