It is a well known fact that music sales have been plummeting for the last few years. However online music sales had been increasing and if some studies were to be beloved then legitimate online downloads were supposed to shoot up around now. However, now online music sales are falling in even greater percentage number’s than store sales. Not only that but it seems that Pressplay and the like are falling badly. The Comscore study found that only a very tiny portion of the decling online music sales market is in the form of paid for downloads. This must throw into question if there is going to be any future large market for purchasing music on the net.
