RapidRoad, a FastTrack Protocol clone and Open Source has been rumored by Zeropaid.com forums. As a matter a fact, It is not a rumor, we are now working on it, as I speak. I cannot give you the direct link to the project page, since the RIAA, FastTrack and so on would be right behind us.
I do confirm what I’ve been reading: RapidRoad (aka RR) is now on its alpha phase, it IS compatible with grokster (has not been tested yet with KazAa) and the FastTrack network.
Anyway, the actual code is not meant for end-users, as I said, it’s still in alpha. But we are now working a RapidRoadWorld, the public (and simplified, yet open-sourced) version of the RapidRoad network.
