The new Nomad Muvo from Creative is a small MP3 player. However, unlike any other MP3 player, this one connects to the USB port and is recognized as a drive. This means that you just drag and drop your MP3 files to the recognized drive and that’s it; no need to have a special software to record the files into the MP3 player. In addition it also handles data and WMA files, not only MP3s.
Holds 64MB, and up to 12 hours of continuous play on its battery. Priced at: $129

“NOMAD MuVo offers fantastic sound quality as an MP3 player and unparalleled versatility as a data storage device. It’s based on a finger-sized 64MB MuVo Memory™ module that can store data files or approximately 15 MP3 tracks. The memory module snaps into a custom battery pack to form the Creative MuVo player, which is about the size of a cigarette lighter and gives up to 12 hours of continuous play on just one battery. It’s so easy to use, you don’t even need cables or software*! NOMAD MuVo delivers huge value in such a tiny package”
