KaZaA: New ISP Agreement, New Version & User Numbers Still Soaring

More on Version 2.0 and Sharman Network’s new agreements…

On top of that it is believed that Sharman Networks are again attempting to legitimize their software with agreements with big companies. This is also another example of an ISP siding with P2P file sharing. Read more on this here

It is now known that sharman Networks will be in court on December 2. At least Cnet says that they will be. It had previously been questioned if Sharman Networks would abide by an American ruling to appear in court. A debate on summary judgements for the FastTrack case will take place on that date.

Also worth note is the fact the FastTrack’s simultaneous user numbers have hit 3 million. It is now twice as popular as Napster ever was.
