Now that Bertelsmann has lost any interest in Napster the search is on for bidders for the assets. One such bidder is ‘Private Media Group’ who bided $2.4 million in shares for Napster. The spanish group who is involved in the sale of adult goods wants to make Napster a p2p porn swapping site. It seems that they plan only to let you swap non-copyrighted porn.
Costa Mesa, who are re-auctioning Napster are publicly saying that they want at least 6 Million for the assets so the bid may be refused.
