X-Box Live, Microsoft’s programme to put it’s console on the net, could scan for illegally modified consoles. Microsoft threaten legal action and termination of the Live service, according to Beta testers.
“The language in the Xbox Live user agreement leaves the door open in order for us to protect the security of our platform.”, said a Microsoft spokesman
