Today, marks a major step for OGG Vorbis and its future of hardware support.
The guys at Xiph have released a BSD Licenced Fixed-Point implementation of Vorbis, named “Tremor”. They have also set up a mailing list for developers of hardware for corporations to get assistance for integrating Vorbis support into their products.
