I have been working on a way to collect network data and create node maps of the gnutella p2p network (entire network, not just 7 hops), and it is almost finished, so i thought i would post and see what everyone thought.
The link is http://home.attbi.com/~gregory.bray/
Has been working great so far, and I just released the beta application so everyone can make there own maps
I wish it was compatable with all gnutella clients, but currently it is only works with Gnucleus and Shareaza. This is a great way of collecting data, and I wish every client would post the same information that Gnucleus did.
Anyway, just thought i would bring it to your attention, see what everyone thought. I would be very interested to hear everyones opinion.
