The European Commission said last Friday that it is ending an investigation into whether the world’s five biggest music companies were colluding with retailers over the price of CDs sold in the European Union. I think they should have continued since the record companies have been price fixing since audio cds are costing as much as Dvds… Oh the EU quit this investigation to focus on there DVD price fixing investigation.
