The Radiohead fansite MeetingPeopleIsEasy.de was fined 550,42 Euros for offering live concert MP3s of the band on their fan website. The site was supposedly contacted by the agents of EMI (the band’s label) and told to remove the MP3s, but the site did not receive notification. In response to this, EMI sent a letter which the site received. The letter was an order to remove all MP3s (which the site complied with) and a fine for 550,42 Euros.
