I saw this on CD Freaks and it looks interesting…
A software in Dortmund, Germany has developed a new copy protection called ProtectCD 5. The protection is based on the physical characteristics of the medium (they use special media, that can be recognized by their software).
This makes that it will be very likely not be copyable by currently available burning software. Other protections using this method are Tages and Starforce.
