Gator’s CEO Jeff McFadden responds to lawsuit.

In response to a lawsuit against Gator, Gator’s CEO Jeff McFadden said in a statement: “The plaintiffs either haven’t done their homework, or more likely are trying to create a ‘bump in the road’ for Gator… The plaintiffs’ true motivation here is clear: they want to slow the momentum of a competitor with a more effective marketing platform that’s driving compelling, measurable results for advertisers.” Read the article from silicon.com Plaintiffs include news heavyweights such as New York Times and Dow Jones.
