U.S. Representative Edolphus Towns, a Democrat from New York, has launched a vitriolic verbal attack on the P2P industry and file-sharers in the USA. File-sharers are apparently undermining parents’ ability to teach their children moral values and the “dignity of labor” and the value of “an honest day’s work for an honest day’s pay,” as well as financially hurting small rural record stores in the USA, not to mention media companies and artists.
