SomaFM web radio is dead

This week, Zeropaid announced that the U.S. Librarian of Congress decided on the rates that will kill independant web radio. While they decidely cut the CARP rates by 50%, it still charges .07 per preformance, as opposed to a percentage of income. Congradulations RIAA, your lobbying efforts were well spent.
