Bumps rising in Napster buyout

Napster may not be able to transfer all its technology to Bertelsmann after all. PlayMedia Systems, who had provided key parts of Napster’s proposed pay service, have filled documents in court Tuesday as part of Napster’s Bankruptcy hearing. It believes that it’s technology couldn’t automatically transfer to Bertelsmann. Can PlayMedia derail Napster’s transfer to Bertelsmann? Read the full story here
