Peer-to-Peer File Sharing and Copyright Law after Napster

The Electronic Frontier Foundation recently posted an article and the white paper on peer-to-peer file sharing and copyright law after Napster. The article is directed towards P2P developers, but might be worth a good read if you’re into file-sharing.
