Saw this story on Slashdot. According to this RIAA Press Release the Recording Industry of America is suing Audiogalaxy like with Napster for allowing users to download music.
This statement in the press release explains more it more in detail. “The complaint specifically accuses Audiogalaxy of “willfully and intentionally” encouraging and facilitating “millions of individual, anonymous users to copy and distribute infringing copyrighted works by the millions, if not billions.”"
