Now, just HOURS after Kazaa BV announced that it was conceding defeat against the USA RIAA case Buma/Stemra (Dutch version of the RIAA) have announced that they are appealing the verdict. It appears that Buma/Stemra, who are now aware that Kazaa BV is on the verge of bankruptcy, are using Kazaa BV’s state to try and over-turn the verdict. This is sick.
