New Search Program

Hello, I am a friend of a programmer. He is developing a program called Spectra Search. Anyways, he is so busy with some other guy working on it he hasen’t told anyone! So i figured I would help him. the program is like napster and scour but you can search for anything not just music or video, but programs, compressed files and a lot of others. It has a resume feature, like if your transfer is stoped, you can download it and resume from someone else. And it allows people to start their own servers.
