Bearshare 3.0 Alpha 36 Released

After it has been promised for over a year. Bearshare 3.0 is no longer vaporware. Almost all the code has been re-written for this release. Some new feature are: Ultrapeers, Full HTTP/1.1 compliancy, HTTP pipelineing, Full Bandwidth Control, Thread Pooling, Completion Ports.

This sotware is in an alpha state. This means bugs, lots of bugs.
