Sony took down my youtube video claiming copyright for a song that had lapsed its copyright in the EU. It was till copyrighted in the US but by WMG not by Sony. I objected to youtube citing that under EU law the song was no longer copyrighted because it was older than 50 years. Youtube decided to pull my entire site telling me to take Sony to court if I objected. Obviously I can't afford to take Sony to court... so effectively Sony used its corporate muscle to bully a small independent film maker and Google took the corporate side.
