Free Android app allows you to use your phone as usual while being able to see a transparent live image of your camera on the entire screen.
Transparent Screen is a free Android app that probably everyone should have, or at least the many people out there guilty of texting and walking at the same time.
Transparent Screen makes the screen transparent, lessening the likelihood of accidentally bumping into other people and objects while texting, and juxtaposes the live image from your camera on the entire screen.
“You’ll be able to walk and text at the same time and actually use any App you desire, while Transparent Screen is running,” it boasts.
The transparency level can be customized depending on how important it is to see what’s in front of you. Walking down a busy street might need higher degree than sitting in a subway car and keeping a watchful eye, for example.
You can also adjust the orientation (think phones with pullout keyboards) and resolution (higher = higher battery drain).
Never run into a tree or other person on the street again!
