Every year music fans are treated to the compiled works of artists expected to showcase their talents at the annual SXSW music and film festival. This year is no exception with a gentleman by the name of Ben Stolt having taken the time to amass all the MP3 files publicly available on the SXSW website for BitTorrent users to download quickly and conveniently.
Broken down into 3 different torrent trackers, together the total amount of music available is some 1267 files and is 6.15GB in size.

The first 2 torrents were initially seeded on February 21, 2009 and the 3rd on March 8, 2009:
- SXSW_2009_Showcasing_Artists_Part1.torrent - #-L 519 files, 2.45GB
- SXSW_2009_Showcasing_Artists_Part2.torrent - M-Z 534 files, 2.61GB
- SXSW_2009_Showcasing_Artists_Part3.torrent - #-Z 214 files, 1.09GB (late additions)
Please be patient as the initial data is uploaded on Part 3 since there is only limited bandwidth available. I will have 2 other people helping with the initial seeding (thanks guys!). Once enough people are connected and start sharing as well, download speeds should improve significantly. Parts 1 and 2 are well-seeded at this point.
