Wonder if this is an attempt to regain fans they lost during their bullshit. That or they have realized bands like NIN who have strong fan base are actually able to make a very nice profit off of online sales of music. By trying to seem hip and cool they are trying to rebuild fan base and gain some of the profits they have undoubtedly lost.
