The claim is based on 9 separate files but the total number of downloads under that IP was 901. They have been watching this guy for a while. As far as RIAA's claim that they will not be any further lawsuits I would place that into a fantasy section.

I’ve skimmed through the PDF and yes it does say 901 but look at Exhibit A and you’ll see only 9 identified audio files even though it says there are 901 audio files in question. Yes the article took the complaint out of context a little but one has to wonder why say 901 when there is only “evidence” of 9 files. I’ve made the correction anyway.

Added to this this is merely a cosmetic correction as the point of the article was to point out that the RIAA lied when they said they would end their lawsuit campaign.
