He probably got paid a lot of cash by the government to his research to say this though I don't know anyone with half a brain that would condone this utter abandonment of sensibilities... If you look up the professor Clive Hamilton the author of the report you will find that he was the executive director of the Australia Institute which was run mostly by a subgroup of the Rupert Murdoch Family. He has also written numerous books on his thoughts about human kind can only reach happiness by accepting morality and religion.
