Turntable.fm is a social music service that allows it’s users to play their favorite music in unique DJ experience.

DJs are represented by avatars, who sit at a turntable in the front of the room taking turns playing one track each, while audience members crowd the floor in front of them. The audience can like/dislike songs which represent DJ points. The more DJ points one accumulates, additional avatars become available. Tracks can be skipped if enough dislikes are given to a track.

DJs can choose songs from their computer’s library, or from Turntable.fm’s collection. You can also preview each song before it plays privately.
