iMesh are the longest standing P2P service in the world. Work on iMesh began in 1998, with the introduction of the first iMesh in 1999 - slightly after the original Napster. iMesh 6 contains both copyrighted and free tracks. Copyrighted tracks are shown with a gold file designation and are accessible on an unlimited basis with our subscription service. As long as you are an active subscription member you will have unlimited access to all 15 million tracks. You can register up to 3 computers to use with your iMesh subscription at any point in time. Please note-- if you have the iMesh subscription service that gives you access to over 15 million tracks - you can listen to an unlimited amount of music your computer. If you would like to burn or transfer tracks you will need to purchase each individual track using the "Buy Song" feature.

The iMesh Minimum System Requirements are:

Operating System: Windows 2000 or Windows XP. iMesh is NOT supported on Windows 95, NT, 98, Me, or Macintosh.

CPU: 233 MHz minimum required (single or dual processor system); Intel Pentium/Celeron family, or AMD K6/Athlon/Duron family, or compatible processor recommended

Memory: 128 megabytes (MB) of RAM or higher recommended

Hard Drive: Approximately 13 MB for iMesh. Around 18 MB for Windows Media Player if it is not already installed.

Browser: Microsoft Internet Explorer version 6.0. You can get IE 6.0 from http://www.microsoft.com/windows/ie/default.asp

Windows Media Player 9.0 or higher. Windows Media Player 10 Series is recommended.

Internet Connection: Active Internet connection.

chris305_interpol D0N`T HATE 0N GAY PE0PLE!	Ive Never Really Paid Attention To iMesh Till Now.I Could Say That Its Better Than Kazaa Lite And Any Other Fasttrack client.But It Runs On Fasttrack.Still Fakes And Ect.But Over All.iMesh Is A 10 :)

whatever1	once the best sharing client now it's full of spywares and adwaresfrankly it's still the fastest client but its number of users is decreasing everyday so its file content is getting weaker and weaker.recently i compared shareaza's content with imesh's and shareaza's content was 4 times biger than imesh's.

IHATEJIMMYPAGE Banned @ 2 Walmarts in NY	iMesh (a clean version) is what I've been using sence I've started....i've gone to other programs...eMule, eDonkey, Kazaa, K-Lite....none have been as good as iMesh in my opinion for one reason or another...the only problems i have are the aviability of certian files, endless queues, downloads stopping @ 99% and taking forever to finish, and every time you search for the same thing you get less and less results until you restart the prog. the speed however is great, MUCH faster than other networks, and overall it's a great program...can't wait for the new clean version

muffenme Registered Moonatic	This isn't that bad alterive to Kazaa Lite, it uses the fast track server.One bug, you can't tell the program to continue searching for a file because it would erase what it has and search again which it might return the same thing back.Beside this small bug, it run well.

sybolies Zeropaid Member	Imesh is a once great program tainted by spyware, dataminers and advertisement portals. Those flaws ultimately cost it its once-healthy user base. Speed? I don't think I've ever used a faster program. Content? Available downloads seem to be waning with waning usage.
