Microsoft Corp. (MSFT) will release the next version of its Xbox console in 2013 at the earliest, as the company squeezes at least one more year of sales out of its current model, said two people with knowledge of the matter.

The company may show the successor to its Xbox 360 in June 2013 at the E3 conference and put it on sale that same year, said the people, who declined to be named because the plans are confidential. David Dennis, a company spokesman, said earlier today that Microsoft won’t discuss new Xbox hardware at this year’s E3, quelling speculation that the device would be unveiled at the 2012 show.

Well, it seeems to be another Clash of The Titans on the Console Market.
    PS4 vs New Xbox.

As a X360 user it is interesting for me what Microsoft has to offer.

Compared to Sony's reveal at E3, this xbox one could be collecting DUST if they do not do away with the idiotic DRM, used game and internet requirements!

Pretty much over it since it costs as much to buy a physical copy as it does a digital copy. The business model needs to be revamped.

That's why I don't own any of the current consoles. Too expensive, and not enough entertainment return.

Meanwhile, my Steam library just hit over 600 games. I should start playing some of them.
