    I'd have to say....
    Putting on the seatbelt
Closing the cap on the tooth paste
Checking my e-mail in the morning

And don't say "Heartbeating" or "breathing" -_-

    flaming idiotic posts

it's like a spidey sense for them, then a typing reflex

P.S. habits are not invountary actions, they are trained responses--involuntary means you don't have to learn it, you know like heart beating and breathing)

Sometimes my leg, or whole body, jerks just as I'm about to fall asleep. The funny thing is, I'm imagining I'm walking and I slip, or fall, and my body acts out the landing..kinda strange. But I know this happens to alot of people.

First thing I do in the morning is wake up. Then jump on my computer and check what going on while drinking water. I use an old program from 2002 call Pov-Ray which everyone must know about and have there own ideal but that for other thread. I check what goes on in sports check my e-mail, eat, etc.
