Congress wants to question college IT officers about illegal file-sharing

    Ask the presidents of the 19 top "piracy colleges" to make their campus IT officers fill out a survey on how their networks are being run.

    how fast are these networks?
    do the students get like a full 100mb line?

    if so i wanna go to one of these schools :)
