Everytime I tried the primary connection it crashed. I would suggest selecting a secondary connection to the network. On my XP machine, it runs stable for multiple days. On the networks tab, just select secondary connection.

the secondary connection may help people with low memory I have 128megs of memory and running a primary connection was slowing my computer down and I couldn't do other simple tasks in the background (freecell, paint) without my computer freezing. The primary connection label says may use some bandwidth and Idle CPU time but for me it sucked the resources out of my computer. The secondary connection works great for a lot of users, so that may be the problem.

And for your help page they are still developing one, so it doens't exist.
