So you say there is embeded sound on a website you would like? It is a flash file?
If not a flash animation or something like that, just view the source for the page and find the embed and copy the link. Then just download whatever audiofile they are using(wav, mp3, etc...).

well, i have a similar problem. i have one of those 64kb programs that i started a thread about a while back. it has 11 tracks of music, all HQ. the thing is, i cant do anything other than listen to them on my pc since no audio player will run a 64kb exe file as music. so any one know of any free and/or 'p2p friendly' ystem audio recorders?

if i am understanding this right there is away play the sound with the microphone far enoght from the speakers so not to make the loud annoying noise and then use windows recorder the one i am talking about is under in xp Accessories>Entertainment> then click on the sound recorder... hope that helps:fire
