    Resolution can't go above 640x480

Hey, I'm at my friend's house. We just reformatted and installed Windows XP pro build 2600 and it doesn't recognize the monitor. It works, but the resolution stays at 640x480 and the color doesn't go above 16 bit. I've tried doing Windows update and it doesn't have anything.

Anyone know where to look for drivers?
People on my "cool list" in no particular order.

    Ba a a a h h h h h h h h h h &^%%$#@!

How many times do I have to say this . . .

    INSTALL
    . . . . . . YOUR
    . . . . . . . CHIPSET
    . . DRIVERS
    FIRST

    Then install the video drivers.

Trust me . . it goes from GOD > Chipset drivers > peripheral drivers.

Either get them from the Intel or AMD site. If its Intel, get the Application Accelorator too !
