    Best Photo editor for web images for XP

    Simply, sould somebody tell me the best photo editor for web images, that works well under XP.

    I use Adobe Photoshop Elements 2.0. You get alot of advanced tools for your money. I have seen it around for about $90. It seems to work alot like potoshop 7 but it doesn't cost nearly as much!

    i'm sure krell has helped u out enough with his pm. oh and i use photoshop 7 if u want to know.

    @Aaron73153 - i don't think many ppl here are influenced by cost when deciding what program to get. their are some friendly "retailers" around who are very generous.

    GIMP/PSP/Photoshop are my choices...

    Start off with PS or PSP then move up to GIMP when you get the hang of it.
