    Exclamation unable to upload need help

    Im using 3.22 winmx since switching to 3.1 and everyupdate since my uploads are zero and do time out after time. ive tried everything. i can d-load but no uploads. the bandwith throttle is off. im using cable tried reinstalling many times. anyone got any ideas?

    im also on secondary conection.. the link to adjust everything was already done but it slows me WAY down... ive tried prettymuch everything
